  1. Deeply learn you and your team. Breaker28 believes in building with people, not just for them, so every coaching, training or retreat engagement begins with us deeply learning about your organization and your leaders. Through kickoff calls with the executive coaching client or an internal point person (or planning team) for trainings and retreats, we do the work to understand where your people are and what they need right now.

  2. Build customized tools and practice opportunities. We use the kickoff call and any other data provided to create customized tools to build and practice skills. Specifically in the case of trainings, these include customized scenarios that are very close to the real challenges teams face in your environment, leading to practice opportunities that are both psychologically safe and immediately applicable.

  3. Deliver high-impact coaching, training or facilitation. We deliver consistently strong coaching, training and facilitation with clients, allowing for application and practice, alignment, and increased courage and confidence to shift behaviors.

  4. Debrief to make the learning stick. Whether with coaching or training clients or post retreats, we regroup with our internal contact or with our coaching client to plan next actions and ensure you build on the momentum we created.
